Himachal Tour 5 Day

Day 1 : Arrive Delhi and drive to Dalhousie (12hrs.)
We embark our journey from Delhi Station or Airport towards Dalhousie – a fascinating hill station in the lap of Himachal Pradesh known for its rich colonial architecture and preserves some of the beautiful churches, St. John’s and St. Francis’ church. A semblance of Tibet culture has added an exotic touch to this serene destination. Spectacular forest trails, waterfalls and springs makes this place all the more astonishing. The Mall road is a good place to shop for Himachali shawls, woollens, tibetan handicrafts and tradional jewellery. Reach hotel, freshen up and enjoy your evening in the midst of snow capped peaks with a hot cup of tea with your partner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Dalhousie – Khaijjiar – Chamba – Dalhousie
Post breakfast, you are going for a day-trip to the amazing locations of Khajjiar and Chamba town. Chamba is a small yet attractive tourist destination of Himachal Pradesh known for its exquisite natural beauty. Sub-Himalayan range of mountains, full of diverse flora and fauna, makes Chamba an exhilarating experience. It surprises with its magnificent temples, which reflects the opulence of the Rajput kings from the medieval period. It is also known for its local festivals, Sui mata and Minjar festivals. ‘Mini-Switzerland of India’, Khajjiar, a tiny tourist resort in Chamba is about 24 kms from Dalhousie, at an altitude of 6,500 ft. above sea level. Confronting the backdrop of dense pines, deodars and lush green meadow, Khajjiar is impeccably nestled down in the foothills of the imposing Dhauladhar ranges of the Western Himalayas provides tourists a unique combination of forests, lakes and pastures. Its natural beauty and picturesque landscape will leave an everlasting impression on you. Adventure seekers can enjoy various activities like paragliding, horse riding, zorbing, trekking etc. Return to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Dalhousie to Dharamsala (05hrs.)
After breakfast, we will hit the road to Dharamshala. Situated at an average altitude of 1,475 meters above sea level, Dharamshala lies on the scenic stretch of land of Kangra Valley making tourists spellbound for its astounding beauty. Often cited as the ‘Little Lhasa of India’, Dharamshala is popularly known as the holy residence of the exiled Tibetan monk Dalai Lama. With the backdrop of the breathtaking Dhauladhar ranges, Dharamshala is the one of the most tranquil destinations you will find in North India, the perfect amalgamation of natural beauty and culture. Surrounded by thick deodar cedar trees and the snowcapped peaks gives a perfect image of landscape, the quaint city is visited by thousands of tourists to beat the summer blues. Dharamsala local Sight Seeing Stadium , Dal lake , Bhagsu waterfall, Bahgsunag temple , Dalai lama temple , Tebitian Monestary & market , War Memorial , Enjoy evening with your loved ones in the serene beauty of nature with a sip of tea and appetizing snacks. Stay overnight.

Day 4 : Dharamshala Local (Jwalaji – Kangra Fort )
This morning after breakfast will Start our Day with Blessing of goddess Jwala Ji than Kangra fort ( Jain temple ) & evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at Dharamshala.

Day 5 : Dharamsala to Delhi Drop (10hrs.)
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Delhi by road. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.
