GLORIOUS SAURASHTRA – Gujarat Trip Packages (Dwarka-Somnath-Diu-Sasan Gir)
Day 1: Ahmedabad – Jamnagar (350 km / 7 hrs)
Today, on arrival at Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station, transfer to Jamnagar. On arrival, check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum and Bala Hanuman Temple, Swaminarayan Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Jamnagar – Dwarka (120 km /3hrs)
This morning, we will proceed directly to Dwarka. After reaching Dwarka, visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, one of the four sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites, dedicated to Lord Krishna and known for its magnificent architecture and spiritual significance. Later, visit Gopi Talav, a historic pond associated with the legends of Lord Krishna and the Gopis. Overnight stay will be in Dwarka.
Day 3: Dwarka
After breakfast, we will visit Bet Dwarka, an island believed to be the original residence of Lord Krishna and an important pilgrimage site. Later, visit the Rukmini Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna’s consort Rukmini, and the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 sacred Shiva temples in India. In the evening, enjoy Shivrajpur Beach, India’s Blue Flag Beach in Gujarat, known for its pristine sands and clear waters. Overnight stay will be in Dwarka.
Day 4: Dwarka – Somnath via Porbandar (250 km / 5 hrs)
After checking out, we will drive to Somnath. On the way, we will stop in Porbandar to visit Kirti Mandir, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi and a tribute to his life and legacy, and the Sudama Temple, dedicated to Krishna’s childhood friend. Upon arrival in Somnath, visit the Somnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a historic center of devotion rebuilt several times over centuries. Also, visit Bhalka Tirth, where Lord Krishna is believed to have departed from the earth, and Triveni Sangam, the sacred confluence of three rivers. Overnight stay will be in Somnath.
Day 5: Gir (100Km,2Hr)
Today, proceed to Sasan Gir. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later, visit Devaliya Park, a fenced wildlife reserve known for its Asiatic lions, and take the Gir Safari in Gir National Park at your own cost to spot lions, leopards, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Safari timings are 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 3:30 PM. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 : Diu (100Km,2Hr)
Today, proceed to Diu and check in to the hotel. Later, at leisure, enjoy the wide variety of water sports facilities available at Nagoa Beach, known for its calm waters and scenic beauty. Afterwards, visit St. Paul’s Church, a beautiful 17th-century Portuguese church, the Diu Museum, which showcases the island’s colonial history and heritage, and Diu Fort, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century to protect the island from invaders. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 : Junagadh (100Km/2Hr)
This morning, we will proceed to Junagadh, a city steeped in history and spirituality. We will climb the sacred Girnar Hill for darshan — a journey of 9,999 steps, of which 5,000 are covered by a scenic ropeway up to the Ambaji Mata Temple, and the remaining 5,000 to be ascended on foot to reach the revered Dattatreya Temple. Along the way, we will visit the serene Damodar Kund, a sacred pond with ancient legends. After a spiritually enriching day, we will retire for the night in Junagadh.
Day 8: Ahmedabad Drop (350 Km, 8 Hr)
This morning, we will journey back to Ahmedabad, taking in the landscapes of Gujarat along the way. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at Ahmedabad Airport or Railway Station as per your schedule.
